Dr. Reid's research focuses on the influences of social and environmental factors on health behaviors. She is particularly interested in the roles of peers and stigma in constraining efforts at behavior change. Dr. Reid examines these processes primarily in the contexts of college student drinking and HIV prevention interventions.
