PAULA VOGEL

After eight years of reading and listening to period music, Paula Vogel has written A CIVIL WAR CHRISTMAS, a music/theatre piece that takes place in Washington, DC, Christmas Eve, 1864. The first and second readings were at Arena Stage, April-June 2006. Read at the Trinity Repertory Company retreat this past August, the play is currently in development for production in 2007.

Paula Vogel continues to explore adaptations for the stage and music/theatre. She remains interested in tackling an adaptation of William Wycherley's THE COUNTRY WIFE, and other works.
