Dr. Philip investigates novel treatments and diagnostic tools for mood and anxiety disorders. Active projects include conducting clinical trials of neuromodulation techniques (rTMS, sTMS, etc) and characterization of the neuroimaging correlates of stress and trauma through multimodal analytic approaches.

Dr. Philip's research interests lie in the development of new treatments and diagnostic tools for psychiatric illness, with a focus on mood and anxiety disorders. He currently has active projects characterizing the default mode network in PTSD, investigating neuroimaging correlates of stress, and in novel applications of neuromodulation.
