The Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA)

U.S. Department of Homeland Security
Washington, DC 20528

21 July 2004

The Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA) plans to issue several solicitations over the next few months. In an effort to streamline the distribution of announcements, HSARPA has established a set of email distribution lists. By joining a HSARPA email list you will receive meeting and solicitation announcements specific to each technical area. The following mailing lists have been established:

General HSARPA Distribution

  • Radiological and Nuclear Countermeasures Programs
  • Chemical and Biological Countermeasures Programs
  • High Explosives Countermeasures Programs
  • Rapid Prototyping and Testbed Programs
  • State and Local/Maritime/Borders and Transportation Security Programs
  • Information Technology and Cyber Defense Programs
  • SBIR

If you would like to participate in one of our mailing lists please visit http://www.davincinetbook.com/hsarpa/listserv/listserv.asp. Enter your email address and select all of the mailing lists in which you would like to participate. Then select your preferred delivery method and click on “subscribe”. If you later decide you would no longer like to participate in a particular mailing list unsubscribe through the link at the bottom of each announcement.

Moving forward all HSARPA announcements will be distributed using this system. We will no longer send individual emails. If you would like to continue to receive HSARPA announcements, you must subscribe to the mailing list by clicking the link and entering your email address. Information will continue to be available on www.dhs.gov, www.hsarpabaa.com, www.hsarpasbir.com and www.fedbizopps.gov.

HSARPA is providing these mailing lists as a courtesy to the public only. HSARPA does not guarantee that the recipients or users of this service will receive information about all of the HSARPA solicitations or opportunities via these mailing lists. The mailing lists do not constitute official notification of any HSARPA solicitation or official notice or opportunity. Official notification of solicitations or other HSARPA opportunities may be found at www.fedbizopps.com, or the appropriate DHS website (www.dhs.gov) or HSARPA websites (www.hsarpabaa.com or www.hsarpasbir.com).

HSARPA is committed to protecting and preserving the information provided to it by the public, to the extent permitted by law. Any person or entity that provides information (i.e. names, physical addresses or email addresses) to HSARPA for purposes of subscribing to these mailing lists can be assured that HSARPA will not disclose or use this information for any purpose other than official government purposes.

Thank you for your interest in protecting our homeland and I look forward to your participation in HSARPA programs.

Sincerely,

David F. Bolka, Ph.D.
