Dr. Martin is an assistant professor (Research) in the Department of Community Health and a Research Psychologist at the Providence VA Medical Center. She is a faculty member of the Center for Alcohol and Addiction Studies' NIAAA postdoctoral Fellowship Training Program. .She received her PhD from the University of Rhode Island in 2003 in Experimental Psychology, specializing in health psychology. She joined the Center for Alcohol and Addiction Studies in 1991 and became a Center faculty member in 2003. Dr. Martin's research interest include contingency management and motivational enhancement interventions, design and methodology in substance abuse research, outcomes evaluation, multivariate statistics, and modeling longitudinal data. |
