The Research Compliance Coordinator assists the Associate Vice President for Research Administration in managing conflict-of-interest processes and developing outreach and training in research administration and compliance for faculty and staff. Julianne also supports the Research Compliance Network in policy review and implementation.

Prior to joining OVPR, Julianne served as a Research and Evaluation Specialist at the Education Alliance. There she led research and evaluation projects funded by the US Department of Education with a focus on school change initiatives and collaborations between higher education and K-12 districts. A former secondary and higher education instructor, Julianne earned a B.A. in Slavic Studies from Boston College, an M.A.T. from Brown University, and a Ph.D. in European History from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
