Biography

Sophocles Mavroeidis, Assistant Professor of the Department of Economics, received his D.Phil. in Economics from Oxford University in 2002. He is an econometrician with interests in the areas of time series and structural macroeconomic modeling. He studies methods for estimation and inference in models involving rational expectations and adaptive learning.
